This morning we enjoyed a pancake breakfast at the campground and of course Nancy got hers free because she won the Pancake Toss Competition last evening. After breakfast we took a 140 mile round trip to Chicken Alaska in the jeeps. Chicken is a very small place which hardly qualifies to be called a town; however it does have a post office. The road was paved most of the way with some areas of damage and mud; the last 4-5 miles were mud as was everything in Chicken. It was a fun day and we saw a moose in spite of the rain.
